The firm has historically sought and served clients with whom we can establish a long term relationship. This relationship is characterized by trust and loyalty running in both directions. Responsive to clients’ needs
Coupled with loyalty and integrity, the firm provides client-oriented service. Our attorneys are sensitive to our clients' needs and work diligently with companies involved in a variety of industries— insurance companies, captive insurance companies, financial and banking institutions, real estate developers, healthcare providers, and others. Through decades of experience and the success of client-focused representation, the size of our firm grew to 70-plus staff and attorneys. Our expansion is also reflected by a widened scope of practice that extends beyond Vermont and New England to businesses nationwide and internationally.
Tradition of Excellence
As leaders, various attorneys at our firm serve on corporate and nonprofit boards, and at different times have held positions such as Vermont Assistant Attorney General and Insurance Commissioner. A number of our lawyers are listed in Best Lawyers of America and are AV-rated by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell.
