Cynthia Bauer is responsible for the organization and strategic planning of the firm’s four offices. She manages the firm’s finance, accounting operations, information technology, human resource and marketing functions. Cynthia has over 20 years of law firm experience, having directed firms in Baltimore, MD and Philadelphia, PA prior to joining the firm in 2007.

Cynthia earned her Master of Administrative Science from The Johns Hopkins University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University. She has been an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, Baltimore and Philadelphia Chapters. She served on the Board of Directors and Chair for various committees. Cynthia was the editor of The Declaration; the Philadelphia Chapter’s newsletter for seven years and received numerous awards of excellence during her tenure. She is the author of several articles for a variety of legal publications and was the instructor of the Law Office Management course offered to Bachelor of Arts candidates at Villa Julie College in Maryland.
