Kevin Henry primarily practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. His experience includes representing corporations in all areas of business litigation including fiduciary duties, trade secrets, contract disputes and fraud. Kevin also represents clients in connection with government enforcement actions and internal investigations in the areas of healthcare, securities and antitrust. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Kevin practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of Sidley Austin LLP where he represented corporations and individuals in state and federal courts as well as before various administrative agencies. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1991 and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2000.
