Stephen A. Reynes

On November 9, 2010, Steve Reynes was a presenter and panelist for the Environmental Law Section of the Vermont Bar Association and Vermont Law School's Land Use Institute. For the 20th anniversary of the Environmental Court, Reynes and the panel discussed "The Evolution of the Court and Its Practices: What Has Worked and What Can Be Improved? 1990-2010." Reynes was closely involved in the creation of the Court as member of the Senate Natural Resources Committee in 1989.
