Elder Law

Our firm’s Elder Law Group represents, counsels and assists seniors and their families with a range of legal issues, including estate planning, long-term care, and Medicaid planning and application.  Our attorneys are dedicated to promoting the highest quality of life for seniors by considering not only legal, but also medical, financial, social and family issues. Led by Jaime Gillis, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), our Elder Law Group collaborates with attorneys in our litigation, corporate, domestic relations, real estate and taxation groups to provide comprehensive legal counsel to seniors and their families.
