Commercial Litigation & Construction Expertise

For more than thirty years, Tom Pappas has provided sage counsel on such diverse topics as business disputes, shareholder disputes, bank related issues, intellectual property, estate litigation and construction litigation. He wrote the New Hampshire chapter of A State-By-State Guide to Construction and Design Law, published annually by the American Bar Association. He has also written about architect and engineering liability and is regularly engaged to speak on construction litigation, architect malpractice, and trust and estate matters. Tom draws upon his deep knowledge to successfully represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters including banking issues, architect’s malpractice, claims of mismanagement of a family-run business, and the failure of a very large metal building housing a lumber manufacturing company. He has tried to conclusion business litigation matters, trade secret claims, construction claims, and probate related claims before juries and judges in state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
