Adam Mordecai’s litigation skills make him a uniquely effective advocate for all clients, but his experience in computer science provides a knowledge base that is particularly helpful for clients in the high tech arena. Adam studied computer science at the University of New Hampshire before getting his legal degree. Adam draws upon his high tech knowledge when necessary to best serve clients in that industry, while also putting his considerable litigation experience to work to realize client goals. He has tried to verdict numerous cases in New Hampshire, and also serves as Past President of the Tri-State Defense Lawyers Association, the preeminent local organization of civil defense counsel in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. He is also the New Hampshire state representative to the Defense Research Institute, the leading national organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel.
