Sarah Butson is an Associate Attorney of our Labor and Employment practice, which provides employers throughout New England with practical advice on employment law compliance and human resources issues. Sarah assists the team with counseling clients on routine grievance handling, labor arbitration, collective bargaining, alleged harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, and retaliation. She also drafts and reviews employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreements, including restrictive covenants.

Before joining Primmer Piper Eggleston and Cramer, Sarah worked for a large international law firm in Boston, MA, where she assisted her team with a wide variety of employment-related matters. Most significantly, she worked on matters relating to the defense of unfair labor practices and grievance arbitration, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. In addition, she assisted employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and complex collective and class action litigation before state and federal courts.
