Ryan M. Long
Ryan brings a practical and solutions-oriented approach to serving Primmer’s business and municipal clients. His practice spans a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate conveyancing and financing, utilities, and general business counseling.
Before entering the practice of law, Ryan worked as a financial planner, securities broker, and bank manager, assisting clients, including businesses, in navigating financial concerns. During law school, he gained practical experience at the Office of the Maine Attorney General in the Financial Regulation Division and at a civil litigation firm, where he engaged directly with clients on employment-related legal issues.
Ryan and his wife reside in Amherst, New Hampshire, with their two sons and two dogs. When he is not practicing law, Ryan enjoys tackling home renovation projects and spending time outdoors in the fresh New England air.
