In one of the most important decisions in the renewable energy world, last week the VT Supreme Court upheld the long-standing doctrine that there no nuisance in solar development projects solely on the platform that someone does not like their neighbor’s property. Our attorney Joslyn Wilschek represented the  Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce in an amicable brief.
