Deb DuPont concentrates her practice in Family law and Criminal Defense. She represents people in difficult times of divorce, contested parenting issues, DCYF involvement, serious felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs and violation level offenses. Deb works in both state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Maine. She frequently works on DHHS/DCYF appeals and other state agency matters and appeals to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Deb believes in efficient and effective representation in family court to minimize the impact on the family. She guides people through pretrial litigation, mediation, trials and post-trial work.

Deb’s experience includes ten years as a criminal defense trial attorney at the New Hampshire Public Defender. She has a wide range of experience in all types of felony and misdemeanor matters. In addition, Deb holds an Airline Transport Pilot license and is a Certified Flight Instructor- Multi-Engine, Advanced and Instrument.
