Gary Karnedy concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, regulatory and administrative litigation, as well as employment and labor law. He is known for taking a balanced approach to litigation, and working hand-in-hand with regulators to resolve issues. The respect that he has gained from Vermont regulators creates a positive environment conducive to efficient resolution of complex business challenges.

Gary also advises clients on personnel, employment, and labor issues and, when necessary, defends them from employment law claims. He represents clients in court and before state and federal agencies such as the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, the Vermont Attorney General’s Office, and the U.S. and Vermont Department of Labor.
