On Nov 17, 2016 Paul Guiliani presented at the Water System Asset Management Conference sponsored by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and the Southwest Environmental Finance Center. Attendees present at the conference were local government representatives, including managers and operators of Vermont public water supply systems.
