6th Annual New Hampshire Salt Symposium
At the invitation of the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Attorney John Prendergast was a second-year presenter at the Snow and Ice Management Association’s 6th Annual New Hampshire Salt Symposium. John presented to a group of 200 business owners in the snowplow and winter maintenance industry regarding the state’s salt applicator certification and immunity statute. He discussed the record keeping requirements to qualify for statutory immunity and recent developments in the law of interest to winter maintenance contractors.
