In addition to his real estate work, Paolo represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters including business formations, mergers & acquisitions, trusts and estates, family law and litigation. Paolo represents developers of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties on a wide range of legal matters, including pre-acquisition investigations, governmental approvals and development documentation.
