Mayor Weinberger Announces Closing of Burlington Telecom Transaction

Mayor Miro Weinberger announced the closing of Burlington Telecom transfer to Champlain Broadband, LLC effective March 12, 2019. Ralphine O'Rourke, Esq. served as the principal transactional counsel for the City and Paul Phillips, Esq. served as the principal regulatory counsel before the Public Utility Commission.
