Paul Phillips was appointed Chair of the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights

Paul Phillips was appointed Chair of the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights by Governor Maggie Hassan on November 24th.  Phillips has served on the 7-member Commission since April 2014.  He is an attorney in the Corporate and Energy, Utility and Communications Departments in Primmer’s Manchester office.  The Human Rights Commission is the state administrative agency charged with enforcement of New Hampshire’s Anti-Discrimination Act, RSA Chapter 354-A.  The Commission hears and resolves complaints of discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations on the basis of age, sex, race, creed, color, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, national origin or sexual orientation.
