As a member of Primmer’s litigation practice group, Olivia advocates for businesses and individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters including insurance defense, business and commercial litigation, employment issues and construction disputes. Olivia has helped clients by obtaining favorable settlements, representing businesses in front of administrative and zoning boards and resolving construction litigation disputes for homeowners and contractors.
Before joining Primmer, Olivia worked at a large New Hampshire law firm where she developed her civil litigation practice. She also worked for a private criminal defense firm handing felonies, misdemeanors and court-appointed cases for the New Hampshire Public Defender.
During law school, she studied international criminal prosecution at Magdalen College, Oxford University as a Summer Tutorial Student and took classes in the Hague at T.MC. Asser Institute for International and European Law, where she sat in at the International Criminal Court. She has worked as a practice-certified legal intern in the Homicide Unit of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, and assisted in trials on multiple gang homicide cases. She was also a practice-certified law clerk at Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office in the Violent Felonies Unit and helped to create their Fentanyl Murder Task Force.
Olivia is a New Hampshire native. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
