Our team of attorneys recently assisted The Villa Rehab Center, LLC in purchasing the assets of the Redstone Villa skilled nursing facility in St. Albans, Vermont.  Our team effort involved Anne Cramer and Shireen Hart assisting in obtaining the Certificate of Need from the Green Mountain Care Board, Neil Wheelwright on the real estate work and Keith Roberts in the formation of the buyer’s limited liability company, the purchase transaction with the seller and obtaining financing from both Union Bank and Vermont Small Business Development Corporation, an affiliate of the Vermont Economic Development Authority.
