Shireen Hart is a shareholder and health law attorney for Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC, where she has more than 20 years’ experience providing regular counsel to hospitals, long-term care facilities, community mental health (designated) agencies, pharmacies, laboratories, individual providers, and healthcare-related vendors on a broad range of federal and state compliance matters. She frequently appears before the Vermont and New Hampshire state professional licensure boards representing providers who are the subject of investigations. Shireen has also been selected to serve as the court-appointed Patient Care Ombudsperson in bankruptcy cases. Her strong statewide connections and effectiveness working with other attorneys and state agency/department personnel create a favorable environment in which to deliver positive results for the firm’s healthcare clients.
