Shireen Hart’s primary areas of practice include bankruptcy and healthcare law. She provides regular representation to Chapter 7 and 11 Case Trustees and to creditors in Vermont and the Northern District of New York. Shireen works with healthcare providers on a broad range of matters, including health information privacy, medical staff relations, emergency planning, billing, compliance, credentialing and licensure. Shireen frequently represents clients before Vermont’s various licensing Boards. She was named a Rising Star of New England Super Lawyers in 2008 and 2009.
