The Vermont Medical Society recently updated and reformatted the Vermont Guide to Health Care Law which can be viewed here. Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC’s attorneys authored three (3) of the Guide’s chapters. Anne E. Cramer and Shireen T. Hart authored the chapters on Consent, Privacy and Medical Records and Reporting & Disclosures Requirements. Alexandra H. Clauss authored the chapter on Employment Law.
