As a member of the firm’s litigation group, Maddy’s practice focuses on civil litigation matters including employment disputes, property disputes, business and commercial disputes, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Primmer, Maddy served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Shannon Lyons, a civil and water judge in Weld County, Colorado where her work focused on civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, and environmental law. She also credits her past work with non-profits, the federal government, community organizations, and pro bono and low bono clinics with helping her develop the knowledge and skills she uses everyday as a litigator.
