We are thrilled to announce that Ryan McClure has joined Primmer, Piper, Eggleston & Cramer. Ryan’s practice encompasses a broad range of legal matters including corporate and business, commercial finance, employment, and utility and regulatory matters.
Ryan’s background provides him with a strong understanding of the day-to-day concerns faced by clients. Before entering the practice of law, Ryan worked as a financial planner, a securities broker and a bank manager helping individuals and businesses navigate financial concerns. While attending law school, Ryan worked at the Office of the Maine Attorney General in the Financial Regulation Division, as well as at a civil litigation firm where he worked directly with clients.
