- Wholesale grocer against a multi-million dollar fraud claim, obtaining a defendant’s verdict after two weeks of trial;
- Architect in a two-week trial brought by the developer of a hotel/condominium development seeking more than a million dollars;
- Landlord in a million-dollar lead paint claim;
- Oil delivery company against a million-dollar pollution claim;
- Professional liability insurance carrier against a million-dollar Director’s and Officer’s coverage claim brought by stockholders who asserted the Board had failed to adequately value the company when liquidating stock.
