Michelle D. Farnham is a Government Relations Specialist with the government relations team.

Michelle brings years of lobbying experience to her position with Primmer. Most recently, she worked in the New Hampshire legislative scene on a number of environmental and water issues, landowner property rights, and more. During this time, Michelle also actively worked to build a grassroots coalition of partner organizations and individuals in order to advance legislation and policy in Concord.

Michelle also served on a number of legislative boards and committees focused on environmental issues. Michelle earned a Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School in 2019, and prior to that spent time in the outdoor education and recreation fields.

Michelle works throughout the state of Vermont, with an office in Burlington.
