For more than a decade, Paolo Wieser has helped guide clients through the process of purchasing and selling commercial and residential real estate. He is skilled at negotiating and closing residential and commercial transactions, including business purchases, sales, and residential and commercial loans. In addition to his real estate work, Paolo represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters including business formations, mergers & acquisitions, trusts and estates, family law and litigation. Paolo represents developers of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties on a wide range of legal matters, including pre-acquisition investigations, governmental approvals and development documentation. Paolo also provides residential and commercial lending counsel to financial institutions.
Paolo has successfully litigated quiet title actions, negotiated boundary line agreements, and obtained equitable waivers, special exceptions and variances for clients. His familiarity with state and local laws, customs and regulations enables Paolo to provide clients with cost-effective, yet personalized, representation. In addition to his real estate work, Paolo has also successfully assisted clients navigate the NH and MA probate process and litigation.
