Will delivers his clients effective, sophisticated, and efficient solutions so they can focus on the things that are the most important to them. He is a member of firm’s litigation and intellectual property and technology law practices, and represents individuals and entities in a variety of civil matters covering complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and general liability defense.
In various roles, Will has been working toward securing top-notch results in complex cases for over a decade. Before law school, he worked in a commercial insurance recovery boutique as a non-attorney professional, supporting attorneys resolving coverage disputes involving tens- and hundreds-of-millions of dollars at issue. That experience was the foundation of Will’s sophisticated understanding of complex insurance coverage programs as well as the strategic thinking necessary to avoid disputes and resolve them when necessary—a foundation he has been building on ever since.
During law school, Will served as the managing editor of the Northeastern University Law Review, and gained significant practical experience through full-time internships with the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, at a Manchester firm providing special outside counsel and intellectual property services to state-of-the-art research and development businesses, a full-service law firm serving northern New England, and by advising growing local businesses as a member of the Northeastern University Community Business Clinic.
