On October 6, 2020, Osa Imadojemu moderated the District of Columbia State of Early Childhood's Public Forum for At-Large D.C. Council Candidates, where the discussion was early childhood education and the "Birth-to-3 For All DC" Act, which Osa drafted in 2017. The Birth-to-3 law created numerous health programs for the District's youngest residents and requires no resident to pay more than 10% of their income on childcare services. The candidates offered their plans to continue to support the legislation and their plans to secure additional funding if elected.
