Jacob H. Moulton Joins Firm’s Healthcare Law Group

We are is pleased to announce that Jacob H. Moulton has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. He has joined the firm’s Healthcare practice group, and will work out of our Burlington, VT office.

Prior to joining Primmer, Attorney Moulton served as a staff attorney for the Department of Vermont Health Access and as the regulatory compliance officer for Norwich University’s Graduate Programs. In these roles, he gained extensive experience managing legal teams and guiding clients through a broad range of healthcare compliance issues. He has also helped his clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks and reduce administrative burdens that can otherwise divert attention from patient care.

Jacob is a Vermonter and received his B.S. from the University of Maine at Orono and his J.D. from Vermont Law School, where he served as an editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law.
