Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC announces the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors.

Three shareholder attorneys have been voted in to serve four-year terms: Debra M. DuPont of Portsmouth, NH, and Ralphine N. O’Rourke and Shireen Hart of Burlington, VT will join the other four members of the board, effective January, 2023.

Debra M. DuPont

Debra M. DuPont is a litigator, family law and criminal defense attorney working in the Portsmouth, NH location. Debra joined Primmer in 2017, and has been a shareholder with the firm for 3 years. She is very active with the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and has served on the New Hampshire Bar Association Legislation Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Pro-Portsmouth, Inc. Debra will serve a four-year term with the Board of Directors at Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer.

Ralphine N. O’Rourke

Ralphine N. O’Rourke is corporate law attorney, focused on commercial transactions and lending, working in the Primmer Burlington, VT office. She joined the firm in 2011, and has been a shareholder for 6 years. Ralphine is active with local youth hockey organizations, serving as the Registrar and Board Member with Chittenden-South Burlington Youth Hockey Association. She will serve a four-year term on the Board of Directors.

Shireen T. Hart

Shireen T. Hart is a healthcare law attorney who has more than 20 years’ experience providing regular counsel to hospitals, long-term care facilities, community mental health (designated) agencies, pharmacies, laboratories, individual providers, and healthcare-related vendors on a broad range of federal and state compliance matters. Shireen has been a shareholder for 6 years, having joined the firm in 2000. Shireen has been very active in the community, having served on the Board of KidSafe Collaborative, the Burlington Police Commission, and the Burlington Business Association. She also serves on the Board of Directors for ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain and the Scouts of America Troop 658. She will serve a four-year term on the Board of Directors.
