Presentation Description: Over recent years, a complex web of law has grown to govern access to and to protect the privacy of personal information, especially health-related information. The panel will provide you an overview of the scope of privacy protection laws, how HIPAA and other laws affect access to personal health care information, and what actions, notifications, and remedies are required if personal and health information is breached.

• On Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm, Alex Edelman and Ryan Long will present "Too Small to Fail: Small Business Bankruptcy for Non-Practioners"
