
Primmer Named Top 10 Law Firm in NH for 2026
We are pleased to announce that Associate Attorney Elizabeth Willhite has been elected as President of the Orange County Bar Association. Her one-year term began on July 1st, 2026.
Elizabeth brings substantial experience to her Bar leadership position, having accumulated over 20 years of membership with both the Vermont Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. She also has a long history of serving her community. Beth sits on the Board of the Tri-State Defense Association, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a forum for addressing the issues of civil defense attorneys and the insurance industry or business risk managers engaged in litigation. She also Chairs the Royalton Public Safety Committee, a committee which she helped found.
Beth is a skilled litigator whose practice focuses on the litigation and regulatory needs of corporations, health-care facilities, schools, and individuals. She also represents corporations, designated agencies, social service agencies, schools, doctors, nurses, and other licensed professionals in matters before disciplinary and regulatory bodies, including the Medical Practice Board and the Office of Professional Regulation. She is licensed to practice in both Vermont and New Hampshire.
Beth resides with her husband and two children in Royalton. She has lived in Windsor County since 2001 and enjoys spending time with her family gardening, reading, and cooking. She works out of our offices in Woodstock, Vermont.
