As a member of the firm's litigation group, Maddy Prokott's practice focuses on civil litigation matters including employment disputes, business and commercial disputes, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Primmer, Maddy served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Shannon Lyons, a civil and water judge in Weld County, Colorado where her work focused on civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, and environmental law. Previously, Maddy also worked as a legal extern for the Environmental Protection Agency and the Conservation Law Foundation.
She is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and the Women’s Division of the Vermont Bar Association.
