Jon Anderson concentrates his practice in Zoning, Act 250, Environmental permitting, Environmental clean-up, Real Estate, Complex property valuation, Title Insurance, Land Use and Environmental Litigation in Vermont. He has developed his practice to meet the needs of his widespread clientele throughout the state.

Jon’s experience in Zoning and Real Estate extends over 39 years and has positioned him to understand Vermont’s unique real estate landscape and be able to obtain the best business result for his client including the expeditious resolution of permitting issues for a wide variety of facilities such as banks, shopping centers, other retail operations and housing developments.

He received his J.D. from Yale University, his B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, B.S. Ch.E., and was a recipient of the Salisbury Award, the highest distinction offer to graduating students.
