Primmer Piper Eggleston and Cramer is pleased to announce that attorneys Brendan O'Brien and Ryan Gadapee are now shareholders of the firm. Both Brendan and Ryan have been with the firm for many years and play critical roles on the insurance defense and captive insurance teams.

Brendan has been with the firm for six years, focused primarily on commercial and insurance litigation. He represents clients in premises liability, products liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, complex tort, employment, and general commercial disputes.

Ryan joined the firm's captive insurance practice group in 2017 and represents clients in regulatory, legislative, transactional, and general corporate matters. He primarily represents domestic and international insurers and reinsurers, including captives, reciprocals, and risk retention groups.
