Gary joined the firm in 2012 after spending 24 years at Wiggin & Nourie PA. He is known as one of New Hampshire’s most experienced civil trial attorneys, and to date has brought more than two hundred jury trials to conclusion.

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu announced the formation of the Advisory Council on Diversity and Inclusion as part of a larger initiative to strengthen the State’s commitment to enforcing civil rights laws. Gov. Sununu appointed attorney Paul Phillips of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC to serve on the council. Phillips serves as Chair of the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission. The advisory council will lead listening sessions around the state and present recommendations on how New Hampshire can improve on issues regarding race, gender, age, and disability.
