On Friday, March 29, attorney Ryan McClure of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer will offer a helpful seminar for small businesses entitled, “Corporate Transparency Act--What Small Business Should Know”. Ryan will discuss the key provisions of the Act, explain its purpose and how it might affect your business.

This seminar is hosted by the Greater Merrimack Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce both in person at their offices in Amherst, NH as well as via Zoom.  There is no cost to register or attend.

Ryan McClure is an attorney with the litigation, employment law and insurance law teams at Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer.
