Primmer, Piper, Eggleston & Cramer is pleased to announce that Ryan Gadapee has been invited to moderate a session at the 2022 Vermont Captive Insurance Association's Annual Conference, entitled, "Insights Into Ethical Leadership". Ryan will be joined by Andrew Baillie of AES Global Insurance Company as well as Michael Kennedy, legal counsel for the Vermont Bar.

 "Insights Into Ethical Leadership" will provide reasoning and guidance for key qualities found within ethical companies.  The session will cover:

• Moral Behavior
• Social Responsibility
• Professional Standards

Attendees will have an opportunity to hear how all of these factors support a culture of compliance and lead to proactive regulation within the organization. Andrew Baillie will present some examples and best practices from initiatives at AES.

The session will be held as part of the conference on August 11th at 11:00am.
