Burt and Clair Conklin successfully convinced the New Hampshire Supreme Court to affirm the superior court’s decision extending immunity to their client, Jessica Elliot d/b/a Hidden Pond Farm pursuant to New Hampshire’s Equine Activity Statute, RSA 508:19. The decision, issued September 21, 2018 was the court’s first effort at interpreting and applying the statute.
