  • Wholesale grocer against a multi-million dollar fraud claim, obtaining a defendant's verdict after two weeks of trial;
  • Architect in a two-week trial brought by developer of a hotel/condominium development seeking more than a million dollars;
  • Landlord in a million dollar lead paint claim;
  • Oil delivery company against a million dollar pollution claim;
  • Professional liability insurance carrier against a million dollar Director's and Officer's coverage claim brought by stockholders who asserted the Board had failed to adequately value the company when liquidating stock.
