Brendan O’Brien concentrates his practice on commercial and insurance litigation.  He represents clients in premises liability, products liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, complex tort, employment, and general commercial disputes.  Brendan has tried cases throughout New Hampshire and has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and appellate practice.   Before joining our firm, Brendan worked at two national law firms, representing corporate clients in sophisticated litigation matters.  He also served as a law clerk to the Vermont Superior Court.
