Matthew Delude focuses his practice on commercial and appellate litigation. He counsels clients on a wide range of matters including bankruptcy, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and quiet title actions, among many others. Before joining our Manchester office, Matthew practiced at one of the country’s leading international law firms, where he represented clients in matters before the United States Supreme Court and other federal courts. Matthew’s New Hampshire practice is very diverse, and includes representation of individuals involved in a small claims dispute in state court one day and representation of an institutional client as amicus curiae before the United States Supreme Court the next.

Pro Bono & Volunteer Work

  • Pro bono reversal of an indigent individual's convictions for grand larceny and fraudulent accosting in a criminal appeal in the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, which was subsequently affirmed on appeal to the New York Court of Appeals.

  • Prior to joining the firm, Matthew represented clients in an ongoing estate litigation dispute, the result of which is considered the most significant bankruptcy decision handed down from the U.S. Supreme Court in the past 25 years
